Return Policy – MakCity

We do not accept returns without a valid reason. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Eligible Reasons for Return:

• You received a damaged, defective, or non-functional product.
• The item is not as described or a wrong product was delivered.
• The product is incomplete or missing essential parts/accessories as advertised.

If you meet the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Cases:

We do not accept returns in the following scenarios:

• You changed your mind or ordered by mistake.
• The item is in perfect working condition and matches the description.
• Return is requested without providing a valid reason.

Items that are physically damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

Conditions for Return:

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
• You must retain and provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
• For installed parts (e.g., MacBook screens, batteries), the issue must be verified by our technicians.

Return Procedure:

• Describe the issue and share relevant images/videos if applicable.
• Our team will evaluate your request and, if eligible, guide you through the return process.
• Approved returns must be shipped back to us at your cost (unless the issue was due to our error)

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If the issue is verified, we will initiate a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
