- Repairs are performed only after your approval.
- Replaced parts become the property of MakCity.
- Approval for repair must be given within 7 days.
- Receipt is required at the time of collection.
- We are not responsible for data loss.
2. Submission & Collection
- Devices must be collected within 15 days of submission.
- Uncollected devices after 30 days incur ₹100/day as rent.
- Devices unclaimed may be disposed of after 60 days.
3. Customer Responsibility
- Check for any physical condition before and after repair.
- MakCity is not responsible for missing parts if not verified on submission.
4. Payment Terms
- Estimates are provided after diagnosis.
- Payment is due upon collection.
- Online and offline payment options are available.
- Taxes apply as per law.
5. Warranty Terms
Warranty Duration:
- 1 Month – Motherboard Repair
- 3 Months – Motherboard Replacement
- 12 Months – Batteries, Keyboards, Screens, Trackpads, etc.
No Warranty in Cases of:
- Swollen, overcharged, burnt batteries.
- Non-OEM charger use.
- Speaker damage due to distortion.
- Warranty sticker removed or tampered.
- Accidental, water, pressure or negligence-based damage.
- Any unauthorized repair attempt voids warranty.
6. Ownership & Rights
MakCity is an independent MacBook and laptop repair provider using high-quality spare parts. Replaced parts are non-returnable and become our property.
